How big you are - only you know
Your business is linked to your identity, and to all that is hidden in your shadow, in your unconscious mind. When I was a beginner, I thought that a certification or diploma, coaching with a great master, and belonging to a strong association would do the whole job. But year by year, I found out that actually it doesn’t. It may help, but it may be just a shadow I’m hiding behind, and even worse, it may press me down and force me to wear a mask. So identity, inner integrity, and roots become the core, from where all the energy, meaning, and creativity grow.
And now I can sincerely say: if you want maturity and personal growth, start a business. Business is a great mirror for what your next step in personal growth is. You cannot succeed without inner alchemy. I call it sacred union between masculine and feminine within you. When you flow in creativity, enjoy the process and you have goals, results, structure.
For example, lack of value manifests in low prices, in spite of high expertise. A visibility wound may be linked to unprocessed shame and relationships where you were rejected. We have some scenarios behind the glass ceiling. What you’re fighting is also, in many cases, inside you. That anger or injustice burning inside is projected onto the world around. And when we find it, we find peace within, and we can continue doing the same (on the surface) but get different results.
Expansion requires inner integrity between our inner parts. Otherwise we are leaking energy and attention into these small and big inner conflicts or imbalances. Expansion challenges our nervous system and the body’s capacity to contain all of that, whatever you are manifesting or desire. A mind disconnected from the body caused me a lot of problems back then.
For example, procrastination or problems on the way may tell you that your goals are not aligned with your soul mission, with your true desires. You are hitting a door which is not yours, and what is truly yours is waiting for you just close by. So, the question not fixing procrastination, but to let go of something and correct the list of goals and dreams. Correct the compass and destination.
