  • You’ll learn how to work with trauma stored in the body using photography—including early memories and inherited experiences from your family lineage.
    You’ll learn unique techniques for using photography in psychological work:
    childhood photos, posture and emotional state photography, and self-portraits.
  • You’ll discover how to transform somatic symptoms and navigate pain and difficult emotions with care.
    This body-oriented approach is highly effective for working with psychosomatic conditions. We develop interoception and proprioception—the internal senses of body awareness.
    If you’ve been struggling with weight loss, managing chronic illnesses, or hormonal imbalances, this method can offer real support and change.
  • You will begin to trust your intuition more and understand the signals from your body.
    You’ll connect with your true sense of self-worth and the value of your life experience.

10 sessions Online
The core of the process is our live practices and meditations, which bring your unconscious material to the surface.
We work through drawing, photography, field (systemic) processes, and guided meditations. The best effect you can get is by accomplishing the homework exercises I give you.
1 - Head. Sensory systems. Dyagnistic.
How much do you express yourself in your profession and your life?
Does your voice resonate in the space? Do your clients hear you or not?
Here you have the opportunity to remove the blocks from your throat and allow yourself to be loud.
We explore here the level of your conscious presence in a body. At the end of this program you will see a bid shift in that.
2 - Neck, jaw, and the back of the head. We dive into a method of releasing trauma.
Tension in the neck is closely connected to the tension in the pelvic muscles. By relaxing your jaw and neck, you open the way for your instinctive impulses — and within them lies a huge amount of energy, vitality, and genuine desire. If you no longer want to “step on your own throat” and instead allow yourself to create your life, you need to free this part of your body.

Psychosomatics:
Thyroid problems, tonsillitis, loss of voice, bruxism, and frequent headaches are all signals calling you to pay special attention to this area. This is also particularly important for those healing their reproductive system.

How strongly does your voice sound in the space? Do your clients actually hear you, or not?
Here you have the opportunity to allow yourself to be loud — and to verbally defend your true interests and boundaries.
3 - Hands — our ability to receive and to give.
Hands reflect how we interact with the world, how open we are to taking what we need and offering what we have.
At this session, we explore your contact with the world, with others, and with yourself. How much do your hands support each other, and how well do they know how to take and to give in balance?
Your hands help you influence reality, create, and also receive for yourself.
Yet sometimes the hands may be tied, disconnected, or cut off from the body.
4 - Heart and chest.
Our emotional center charges our entire life, our actions, and our relationships. The heart radiates electromagnetic waves and in this way influences everything around you. If the heart is wounded, closed to love and intimacy, it leads to problems in relationships on many levels, and to the inability to receive gratitude, love, and care from others.
To open the heart means to become vulnerable — but this is exactly what we need in order to expand and flourish in a supportive, nourishing environment. You can create results out of pain and wounds, but you can also create them in a way that is lighter and more effortless.

When your heart begins to radiate love like sunlight, this energy starts to nourish your body and accelerate transformation. The most important thing is to fill yourself with warmth and light — because only then will you be steady and calm, and able to share your gifts with others.
5 - Solar plexus area. Diaphragm and lungs.
A tightened diaphragm helps you survive emotional crises, but it doesn’t allow you to breathe fully. For active, fiery action, we need to release the blocks in this area.
6 - Back. Self-support, trust, dignity.
Back, the latissimus dorsi, and the spine — our natural support and core. We can carry ourselves through life with dignity, enduring both the pleasant and the unpleasant. Our back provides support to internal organs and systems, as well as to our mental state.

But if you unconsciously take on too much weight, you cannot set it down. If you carry someone else’s responsibility, you lack strength for yourself. Freeing the back leads us to trust and letting go of control.
It also reconnects us with the relationship to the masculine energy within our body. The masculine within you can protect and support you — if your inner woman trusts and allows it.
7 - Abdomen. Navel. Inner voice, intuition. Protection of the lineage
Unprocessed emotions, suppressed disgust, anxiety, and panic attacks — all of these are found in the area of the belly. Your focus of attention will be drawn to the navel and ancestral stories, because here you were once connected to your mother, nourished not only by food but also by family strategies, emotions, and the experiences of your ancestors.
When there is chronic lack of safety, a shield can grow in the belly to deflect life’s attacks, or a “lifebuoy” may form around the waist to keep from drowning in what is happening. In the belly, we often carry what we cannot let go of — our mother, our child, or something else.
We free the space of the belly so that your true desires can begin to simmer there, leaving room for what is new to emerge.
8 - Pelvic area. Lower back.
Here, suppressed shame and anger may be stored. This area holds many complex stories that can become the root of hormonal imbalances, various reproductive issues, and also questions of female identity — its evolution and expression.
9 - Legs, knees, feet.
The path of life.
Fear of moving forward, fear of staying in place.
High anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and emotional crises graphically reveal the absence of grounding. When there is a strong connection with the earth, you always have stability and the ability to release excess emotional charges into the ground.
Working with the legs reveals your life path, the footprints you leave behind.
Do you recognize whether the direction you’ve chosen is the right one? And in what rhythm are you moving?
10 - Dance of life, movement. Full-length portrait. Integration of all parts into a whole.
We have explored different parts of the body in detail and released a great deal of emotional memory. Now it is time to gather it all into a single silhouette. Your body will appear before you as a partner, a friend, or a guide. Your inner image of the body has become much more detailed.
We have developed your interoception — the ability to sense and recognize signals from your body. You have also trained your proprioception — the awareness of your body’s position in space.
What we have brought to the surface will continue to integrate over the next one to three months, bringing changes into your life. From here, it will be important to continue nurturing the progress we’ve achieved in body awareness and in connection with your inner self.
You now have many techniques and practices that you can use whenever you need them.

The Body Landscapes Method was created in 2020. Since then, I have been facilitating small therapeutic groups of up to 10 people. The value of this work lies in accessing the body’s emotional memory — something that is often unreachable through verbal therapy. It is a short but powerful path of transformation for those ready for intensive work.

In our sessions, I weave in guided visualizations, shamanic journeys, as well as work with ancestral material and your internal parts — for example, your inner child, teenager, woman, or man, etc. This work is suitable for people with prior therapy experience. Your previous insights will be embodied, taking root in your body and producing powerful results. You will feel and experience more deeply the wholeness and beauty of the intertwining between your mental understanding and bodily expressions.

It is important to note that strong emotions may arise during the process, and crises may occur. This is a necessary stage for cleansing and letting go. You will have all the tools you need to work through this, with my guidance and support.
