The Voice as a transformative power has its source in the gut, wired through the whole body’s life experience. When it flows freely, you speak your Truth. And when it doesn’t — the flow may get stuck somewhere in your neck or shoulders.

This Flow of Authenticity is vital for creators of all kinds and for entrepreneurs. It is our power to present ourselves freely, to speak our Truth from the depth of the gut, and to be truly heard. But when there are blockages in the neck area, they unconsciously stop us — and we remain silent.

These blockages may manifest as recurring pain, tonsillitis, chronic shoulder tension, headaches, or a locked jaw (bruxism). In this way, we suppress and block our creativity — right here, in the neck area.

What you’ll receive at the Masterclass

  • How to use self-portrait as a portal to emotional memories.
I will guide you through a powerful technique to release unconscious material and create more freedom, clarity, and ease in your life.
  • Photo Art Therapy combines inner and outer knowledge in an elegant way.
If you experience chronic throat pain, a feeling of a lump in your neck, or bruxism, this process can bring you powerful insights into the question:
    ‘Why is this happening?’

  • THANK YOU, MARKA!!! For me, you are a guide to another level of life. I’m so happy that our paths crossed — seemingly by chance, but not really.

  • The way she senses, the way she guides the unfolding of the drawings, the precision of her questions — all of this helps you see, hear, and become aware of many things, situations, and fears that were previously hidden. She leads the process with such clarity that the chests which have held secrets for years, even decades, are opened, revealing all their hidden corners.

How my Method was born?
Who am I?
I graduated as a professional photographer in 2011 and was later invited to an orphanage as a photography teacher. That’s where I first began practicing PhotoTherapy—before I even knew such a field existed. When I finally discovered it, I realized I had “reinvented the wheel.” Afterwards, I earned my diploma in Art Therapy under the guidance of Alexander Kopytin, PhD, and have continued this work ever since.
In parallel with my work at the orphanage, I also continued doing portrait photography and business reportages. I noticed that many successful businesswomen did not accept their bodies at all. I started digging deeper, trying to show them their natural beauty, but they kept rejecting it. Then I found a way to address the true reasons for this rejection—hidden in the implicit memories their bodies carry. That’s when I began offering photo art therapy sessions, and this is how my method “Body Landscapes” was born(2020). Now I am exploring it even further, and if you want to dive into this topic, join my Masterclass and experience it for yourself.

    Certified Art Therapist. Practical Psychologist.
Family Constellations Facilitator (EISEC). Reiki Master (My Teacher).
I received my initiation as a shaman.

I have been in the profession for over 10 years, with the past 5 dedicated to deep work with bodily symptoms, ancestral trauma, and women’s identity.
In my practice, I have developed my own method and style, allowing us to approach the emotional memory of the body from different angles and release it. I integrate art therapy, shamanic journeys, field and energy work, guided visualizations, and conscious movement.

    Based in Amsterdam.
The body does not understand words, but it remembers everything and shapes your reality. This includes not only the experiences of your early development, but also the traumas of your lineage. Through my method, I open a passage into these realities and offer the possibility of transformation and healing.
