Mouth connected to your vulva in an opportunity to receive the pleasure, be open and sensitive. Our teeth also related for aggressive impulses and an opportunity to protect themselves.
Body-Based Diagnostics Through Drawing.
The diagnostic drawings we begin with help reveal your current level of connection with the body — as well as how open your sensory channels are: the eyes, ears, mouth, and nose — your gateways to the world.
In early childhood, or during traumatic experiences, these parts are often excluded from the body image — as a survival response.
That’s why, as we begin the process of releasing suppressed material, we first focus on re-activating the ability to speak, see and be seen, listen and truly hear.
Your Drawings May Surprise You.
What emerges in the drawings may not match the version of yourself you’re used to — the one shaped by logic or everyday identity.
That’s expected — because you’re here to uncover what you don’t yet know about yourself. The Shadow. Without judgment, with full permission.
A Somatic Practice With Lasting Impact
Through regular practices, you’ll gradually strengthen your ability to be present — grounded, embodied, and centered. These practices are designed to build over time. Most of my clients begin to notice clear shifts around the middle of the course, and the integration continues for 3–6 months after we finish. This is deep, embodied work — and your body will continue the healing even after our sessions end.
